Anonymous asked: I'm coming to visit melbourne with my mum soon and we're both big foodies. What things should I do/see and most importantly where should I eat?
ooooh I’m actually really hopeless at giving advice like this because I barely leave the house haha so melbourne followers what should anon do/see in melbourne?? In terms of places to eat the first place that comes to mind is veggie bar on brunswick street, it has so much delicious vegetarian and vegan food mmm :)
Sunday May 5 @ 06:47amAnonymous asked: how did you make that blueberry oatmeal?! looks delectable! also, what are your favourite chobani flavours? i've only tried the somewhat standard ones as blood orange etc aren't as readily available as blueberry and stuff, but i was just wondering which ones you thought were worth trying?
To make the blueberry oatmeal I just used around 1/3 cup of oats, 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries and 3/4 a cup of any kind of liquid you want and microwaved it for around three minutes (checking and stirring after each minute) and then added a nice big dollop of peanut butter and a good pinch of cinnamon and dessicated coconut! Unless you’re talking about the other photo then I just topped it with fresh strawberries and chopped nuts I think :) Hmm my favourite chobani flabours are probably lemon (definitely worth trying), peach, blood orange, passionfruit and blueberry so far but they’re all good! I’m yet to try apple and cinnamon, black cherry, pear or honey though but I will sooon :)

Anonymous asked: I haven't met you but just from getting to know you on here I can't fathom any reasons you could dislike yourself at all. Is it disorder related? Because if so I need you to remember that that isn't you or a proper representation of you. I think the reasons you're thinking of are lies it's telling you. You don't have any reasons to dislike yourself, you are an amazing human being.
You’re very kind anon. Thank you for taking the time to message me this, I appreciate it <3 You’re the amazing one :)
Saturday May 5 @ 10:05amAnonymous asked: who can resist chocolate EVER?
Fun fact: I ate a lot of chocolate before a car trip on Easter once when I was around 6 years old and ended up vomiting then didn’t eat chocolate for three years
Friday May 5 @ 11:59amAnonymous asked: ruby, why do you delete your posts? :( ps what kind of chocolate? thats exactly what i did when i was buying easter choccies for people haha
I delete my posts usually because my family stalks this blog and there are often things I don’t want them to see, also sometimes I post and then realise I’m annoying so I delete my post haha. The chocolate I had was a bounty, I don’t think I’d ever had it before and it’s yum! Haha who can resist chocolate at easter? :)
Friday May 5 @ 11:25amI found one of my mum’s boyfriend’s chocolate bars yesterday and I ate it and today I bought another one to replace the one that I ate but I ended up eating that one too
Friday May 5 @ 08:20amAnonymous asked: hi chef ru just a quick note to say just make sure you don't get sucked into the eating disorder community on here, it even worries me to see you picking up the eating disorder 'lingo' such as ed, tw, intake etc. I know these are just words but they aren't really used in this way outside of this forum and I just hope you're not letting the internet influence you in a negative way
Hey anon :) I follow a lot of recovery blogs and majority of my followers are also in recovery so I wouldn’t say that I am apart of an eating disorder community on here, but I do feel as if I am a small part of the tumblr recovery community. I don’t think it influences me negatively, if anything I think it’s nice to have the support and encouragement from the lovely people on here. But thank you for your concern, I appreciate it :)
